Thank you for supporting our small business. We're excited for you to receive your order! All our journals are custom-printed on demand by our publisher in the United States, then carefully shipped directly to you.

 

Order Processing: We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for printing before it ships. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra time for processing.

 

Delivery Times: Once shipped, here are our estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 12-20 business days
  • International Orders (including Canada & Singapore): 15-30 business days (depending on location)

Please note that estimated delivery times, shown at checkout, refer to business days and don't include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times can vary depending on factors like customs processing, local postal services, and unforeseen logistical delays. Please only place your order if you're comfortable with these potential variations. As each journal is printed specifically for you, once an order has been processed for printing, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

 

Shipping Costs & Promotions: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, your destination country, and the shipping method you choose. We partner with various carriers to offer you the best options, and their rates apply directly.

Customs and Taxes: The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. This means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
